Set Up Goals for PLUs and Flavors

Goals for PLUs and flavors are not single-level goals like Productivity and Units goals. When you select a flavor for a goal, you can have the goal include all or some of the PLUs associated with that flavor. In addition, the setup screen includes a special panel that you use to search for and select flavors and PLUs. [Show image.][Hide image.]

The flavors and PLUs that you can select are the ones set up for your restaurant in Menu Manager.

You can set up goals for PLUs and flavors manually or with the Setup Wizard. You can also perform these tasks to set up and manage goals for PLUs and flavors:

• Use the PLU and Flavor Options on the Set A Goal Panel

• Search For a Specific Flavor or PLU

• Set Up Favorites
